PHAT Legs workout

I was planning on doing legs/abs/calves but I didn't feel like I had enough time so I'll just do those tomorrow with cardio on my off day.

Anyhow, here was my workout.

Squats (light) - 275x3 for 6 sets
Front Squats- 185x12, 205x10, 225x8
Leg Extensions- 70x12,x11,x12
Leg Glut curls- 95x13,x12,x11
Lunges- 115x20 (10 each leg)
Cardio on the bike for 15min
