Leg Extensions- 150x12, 170x12, x12, 150x15
Leg Press- 8 platesx14, x14, x14, x13
Workout: Chest
Bench Press- 115x5, 135x5, 175x3, 185x3, 225x3, 265x5
DB Bench Press- 80x12, 80x11, 80x8, 80x8
Cable Cross over Super set with Dips
35x12 + bw+45x12, 35x12...bwx15 (4 sets of this)
Incline DB Flys 35x12, 45x12
